Paying for apps that don't care is exhausting.

Phasmi reminds, calls and texts you first. You don't even need to open the app.

7:40 am

She calls and plans your day with you 📞

Her morning call on a phone. She says: Claim form first, while it's quiet. Then the pharmacy at 10:40. Under it, the day she made: the insurance claim form at 8:00 am, the pharmacy pickup at 10:40, then a cover letter, a deadlift session and a walk.
7:45 am

She knows when to remind you ⏰

A lock screen at 7:45 with her reminder: Start the coffee now. It takes you 10 minutes, and the claim form is at 8.
8:15 am

She gets you through task paralysis đŸ’Ș

Her widget on the home screen for the insurance claim form, with stuck pressed. Her answer comes in on top: Open the form and type your name. Ten minutes, then you can stop.
3:30 pm

She's good with brain dumps 🧠

A text to her: ok brain dump. call mom back. the lease thing?? did i pay the card. priya bday is sat and i have nothing. She answers: Got it. Here's where it all goes. Priya's gift Thursday at 7:30 pm, call Mom Sunday at 6:00 pm, the card Friday at 9:00 am, the lease Monday at 10:00 am.
8:00 pm

She plans around how long things really take you ⏳

Her evening call on a phone. She says: The claim form took you 90 minutes, not 30. I'll plan 90 next time. The doctor's at 6 tomorrow, so lights out by 10:30. Under it, tomorrow: the doctor at 6:00 am, paying the card at 9:00 am, a cover letter at noon and a walk at 5:45.
a week later

Missed a week? She picks up from today 👋

A week later you text: been gone a while. sorry. She answers: Welcome back. What changed this week? I'll sort out the rest.

She's built to understand you.

Questions.

Can't I just use ChatGPT/Muse?

Not really.

  1. We will never use user data for anything other than your Phasmi (which you control).
  2. Phasmi is built to understand. She has 6 models that do this, half of which we trained from scratch.
  3. Phasmi's entire infrastructure is designed for ADHD. She's proactive, will figure out how long things take you, and what matters to you.
  4. Use the product. It's free and everyone who has used it can immediately tell the difference.

Here's a quick example:

You
I need to go to the gym, can you reschedule it today
phasmi
I can move it to now. Gym by 8:30, back by 11. Two things, though. You wanted an early night for the 6 am doctor, and you lift with Alex tomorrow. Still want to go tonight?
Phasmi's thinking
  1. You think your workouts take an hour, but they take two.
  2. The gym is 20 minutes away.
  3. You run about 5 minutes late to the gym, so I'll remind you to leave 5 minutes earlier.
  4. You wanted an early night for the 6 am doctor, and it's already 8 pm.
  5. You're lifting with Alex tomorrow, so a hard session tonight would make that one rough.
Is this based on research?

what she does, and the research behind it

Well timed reminders

With ADHD, you usually know what to do. The hard part is doing it at the right moment. A nudge from outside at that moment helps.“Behavioral inhibition, sustained attention, and executive functions: Constructing a unifying theory of ADHD” (Barkley, 1997)

Help when you're stuck

Motivation often comes after you start.“A component analysis of cognitive-behavioral treatment for depression” (Jacobson and others, 1996)

Honest time estimates

People underestimate how long things take, even when they know they've been wrong before.“Exploring the ‘planning fallacy’: Why people underestimate their task completion times” (Buehler, Griffin and Ross, 1994)

No guilt when you slip

Students who forgave themselves for putting off studying put it off less for the next exam.“I forgive myself, now I can study: How self-forgiveness for procrastinating can reduce future procrastination” (Wohl, Pychyl and Bennett, 2010)

Same time every day

Doing something at the same time every day builds a habit. Planning is a skill you can learn.“How are habits formed: Modelling habit formation in the real world” (Lally and others, 2010)“Cognitive behavioral therapy vs relaxation with educational support for medication-treated adults with ADHD and persistent symptoms: A randomized controlled trial” (Safren and others, 2010)

Is she a therapist?

No. She helps you get through your day, and that's it. She doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. If you're ever in crisis, she points you to 988, the US crisis line you can call or text any time.

You're early.

The first group is 50 people, and codes start going out in October.

Do you have any mental health conditions besides ADHD? Lots of people with ADHD also have anxiety or depression. Phasmi isn't a therapist, so we ask to make sure she's a safe fit for you. Only the Phasmi team sees your answer.

You don't pay anything today.
